ジョーシン、生体認証「サクララ」を家電店初導入 限定品不正購入防止
上新電機は、家電量販店として初めて、生体認証サービス「SAKULaLa(サクララ)」の導入を4月24日から開始する。SAKULaLaは日立と東武鉄道が開発する生体認証サービスで、幅広い世代がデジタルサービスを受けられるようにし、限定商品の重複購入など、商品の不正購入防止にも役立てる。

導入されるのは、大阪府にあるジョーシン日本橋店、スーパーキッズランド本店の2店舗。指をかざすだけでポイント獲得と厳格な本人確認を実現する。導入時点では決済に利用できるのはジョーシンポイントのみ。
デジタル技術に不慣れでも、一度登録すれば、専用端末に指をかざすだけで手軽に利用できるとし、今後他の業界で「SAKULaLa」が普及した際も、新たに登録を行なうことなく、手ぶらでポイントサービス利用や買い物ができるようになる。
SAKULaLaの利用方法は、ジョーシンカード会員登録と「SAKULaLa」への登録をそれぞれ実施し、ジョーシン日本橋店、スーパーキッズランド本店のレジで、ジョーシンカードと「SAKULaLa」の連携を実施する。一度連携すれば対象店舗の有人レジ、セルフレジのどちらでも会員カードの提示や、ジョーシンアプリのバーコードを提示せずに、専用端末に指をかざせば、ジョーシンポイントの獲得、利用ができる。
今後、上新電機は、導入した2店舗での評価を反映しながら、全店舗への導入を順次進める。「SAKULaLa」を用いたJoshin webショップでの購入時の本人確認強化なども行なう。
