俳優 露口茂さん死去 93歳 「太陽にほえろ！」ベテラン刑事役
民放のドラマ「太陽にほえろ！」のベテラン刑事役などで活躍した俳優の露口茂さんがことし4月、老衰で亡くなりました。93歳でした。
露口さんは東京生まれで、愛媛県で育ち、俳優座の養成所を経て、今村昌平監督の映画、「赤い殺意」で注目されました。
NHKの連続テレビ小説「繭子ひとり」など多くのテレビドラマに出演し、中でも1972年から放送された民放の刑事ドラマ「太陽にほえろ！」では、冷静沈着なベテラン刑事役、『山さん』を演じ、人気を集めました。
また、渋みのある声を生かして声優としても活躍し、海外ドラマ「シャーロック・ホームズの冒険」で主人公、名探偵ホームズの吹き替えを担当したほか、1995年公開のスタジオジブリのアニメーション映画「耳をすませば」では猫の人形、バロン役を担当しました。
遺族によりますと、近年は俳優や声優としての仕事はしておらず、都内の自宅で暮らしていましたが、4月28日に老衰のため亡くなったということです。
93歳でした。
