デロイトと JFEスチール、サイバーセキュリティの合弁会社設立
デロイト トーマツ サイバー合同会社とJFEスチール株式会社は4月5日、サイバーセキュリティに関する合弁会社「JFEサイバーセキュリティ＆ソリューションズ株式会社」の設立を発表した。
JFEサイバーセキュリティ＆ソリューションズは2024年4月1日の設立で、5月末までにJFEスチールからデロイト トーマツ サイバーに10％の株式譲渡を実施する。
JFEサイバーセキュリティ＆ソリューションズでは、デロイト トーマツ サイバーがサイバーセキュリティ領域に関わるサービスや人材育成のノウハウを提供することで、JFEグループにおけるサイバーセキュリティ人材の獲得と育成、サイバーセキュリティ監視などの体制の確立を支援、JFEグループ傘下のグローバル約300社を対象としたサプライチェーン全体のサイバーセキュリティの強化に貢献する。
