長期金利の上昇傾向が続く中、大手銀行は、8月から適用する住宅ローンの固定金利を引き上げることを決めました。
発表によりますと、10年固定で最も優遇する場合の住宅ローン金利は、みずほ銀行が0.15ポイント引き上げて3.35％、三菱UFJ銀行が0.24ポイント引き上げて3.59％、三井住友銀行が0.15ポイント引き上げて3.65％とします。
また、りそな銀行が0.18ポイント引き上げて3.795％、三井住友信託銀行が0.27ポイント引き上げて4.105％とします。
住宅ローンの固定金利は、長期金利の代表的な指標である10年ものの国債の利回りを参考に、各銀行が決めています。
中東情勢を受けた原油価格の上昇によって、インフレが進むという見方などを背景に最近、長期金利が上昇傾向にあることが反映された形です。
