東海で非常に激しい雨 土砂災害に警戒 浸水や増水に十分注意を
前線を伴った低気圧の影響で東海では雨雲が発達し、非常に激しい雨が降っています。東日本などでは15日は雷を伴って激しい雨が降るおそれがあり、気象庁は土砂災害に警戒し、低い土地の浸水、川の増水に十分注意するよう呼びかけています。

気象庁によりますと、日本海にある前線を伴った低気圧に向かって暖かく湿った空気が流れ込んでいる影響で、東海から関東、東北では発達した雨雲がかかっています。
午前6時までの1時間には
▽国土交通省が静岡県島田市に設置した雨量計で61ミリの非常に激しい雨を観測したほか
▽静岡県の静岡市鍵穴で47.5ミリの激しい雨が降りました。
これまでの雨で静岡県では土砂災害の危険性が高まり、「土砂災害警戒情報」が出されている地域があります。
東日本では大気の不安定な状態が続き、局地的に雷を伴って1時間に30ミリ以上の激しい雨が降る見込みです。
また雨が収まった九州でも、17日にかけて再び雨が強まり、激しい雨が降るおそれがあります。
これまでの雨で地盤が緩んでいるところもあり、気象庁は土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、川の増水に十分注意するよう呼びかけています。
