神奈川県 国補助金の申請手続きミス 1億3000万円余交付されず
神奈川県は、国の補助金の申請手続きにミスがあり、道路整備などの事業に活用する昨年度分の補助金1億3000万円余りが交付されなかったと発表しました。
これは、黒岩知事が30日開かれた定例会見で明らかにしました。
それによりますと、県が管理する道路の整備や照明灯の設置といった事業などに活用するため、国に対し平成24年度以降、毎年申請してきた補助金が、昨年度は1億3000万円余り交付されなかったということです。
5月12日に、県が補助金として見込んでいた収入額と国の補助金の支出額に差があることがわかり、確認した結果、県側のシステムへの入力作業がことし3月末までの申請期限内に行われなかったことが原因だったということです。
神奈川県は、国に対して想定したとおりの額の補助金の交付を求めて働きかけるとしていますが、交付されなかった場合には、一般財源で穴埋めすることになるということです。
黒岩知事は「詳細については現在調査中だが再発防止にしっかりと取り組んでいく。あってはならないことで、私から県民の皆様に深くおわび申し上げる」と陳謝しました。
