マネーフォワードME、銀行口座連携停止で補償 有料プランを15日間延長
マネーフォワードは20日、5月1日から発生した開発プラットフォームへの不正アクセスと、それに伴う銀行口座連携の停止の対応として、有料プラン「プレミアムサービス」の購読期間を延長すると発表した。
マネーフォワードでは、5月1日に開発プラットフォームの「GitHub」への不正アクセスを受けたことで、「安全確認」を理由に、5月1日から銀行口座連携を停止。「マネーフォワード クラウド」の各サービスと、家計管理アプリの「マネーフォワード ME」で銀行口座連携を停止していたが、5月12日から順次復旧。一部の銀行は復旧途中だが、メガバンクなど主要な銀行との連携は再開している。
マネーフォワード MEにおいては、プレミアムサービス契約者向けに、購読期間を15日間延長することを発表。対象者向けに告知している。例えば、「資産形成アドバンスコース」を購読中で、次回の更新が2026年7月1日というケースでは、次回の更新日が7月16日となる。
