春闘 UAゼンセン “中小や非正規に賃上げ波及へ交渉続ける”
春闘の集中回答日を前に、労働組合の「UAゼンセン」が都内で集会を開き、賃上げの勢いの定着に向けて中小企業や非正規雇用まで波及させるため、交渉を続けていくことを確認しました。
UAゼンセンは、繊維や流通、サービス業などおよそ2200の組合でつくる産業別労働組合で、組合員は190万人余りと連合傘下では最大で、中小企業やパートなどの非正規雇用で働く人が多く加入しています。
5日におよそ1000人が参加して都内で集会を開き、永島智子会長が「企業規模間の格差を広げてはいけない。中小や地域への波及を成し遂げる闘いだ」と訴え、賃上げの勢いの定着に向けて、中小企業や非正規雇用まで波及させるため交渉を続けていくことを確認しました。
UAゼンセンは、ことしの春闘での賃上げの要求について、全体の目標では6％を基準に、パートなどの非正規雇用で働く人については7％を基準に交渉する方針です。
大企業を中心に、回答を一斉に引き出す3月12日の「集中回答日」に向けて交渉が本格化していますが、UAゼンセンによりますと、すでに要求に応じる形で満額での回答が相次いでいるということです。
3月4日時点で、流通大手のイオングループを中心に10の組合で妥結し、賃上げ率は平均で正社員が6.71％、パートなどが6.97％だということです。
千葉県の流通業で働く30代の女性は「生活物資の価格も上がっていて、私たちも生産性を高めるよう努めるので、賃金を上げるように会社と交渉していきたい」と話していました。
