松本市の「ぐるっとまつもとバス」、全路線でタッチ決済乗車に対応
長野県 松本地域内の路線バス「ぐるっとまつもとバス」においてタッチ決済対応のカードでのバス乗車が10月15日からスタートした。11月中には「ぐるっとまつもとバス」の全路線でタッチ決済による乗車サービスに対応予定。

同サービスは、ABTシステムを開発する和晃と、ルミーズの決済サービス「aegise2.0 Transit Gateway」を導入し、「ぐるっとまつもとバス」での運用を開始するもの。クレディセゾンがタッチ決済導入の支援を行なう。
対象路線は、「ぐるっとまつもとバス」の全路線(アルピコ交通バス、タウンスニーカー、南部循環線、旧松本市西部地域コミュニティバス、松本市市営バス)。対応カードブランドは、Visa、JCB、American Express、Diners Club、Discover。
バス乗車時にタッチ決済対応のカード(クレジット・デビット・プリペイド)やカードを設定したスマートフォンなどを決済端末にタッチ。降車時には降車側の決済端末にタッチすることで乗車運賃の支払いが完了する。
国内の多くの交通事業者におけるタッチ決済乗車は三井住友カードのStera transitが利用されているが、「ぐるっとまつもとバス」は、和晃とルミーズ、クレディセゾンらが協力して導入する。松本市では交通キャッシュレス決済の運用を進めており、'23年11月からQRコードによるキャッシュレス決済アプリ「TicketQR」を使った乗車サービスを導入してきた。今回、タッチ決済に対応することで、路線バス利用者の利便性向上とバス事業者の生産性向上・事務効率化を目指すとしている。
ぐるっとまつもとバスは、'23年4月から公設民営でスタート。市がエリア全体を一つとして捉え、民間事業者が運行する路線も含めた全体の路線や便数等を設計。バス運行の効率化やキャッシュレス決済導入による利便性向上に向けた取り組みを進めている。8月時点のキャッシュレス比率は8.3%だが、年度内に25%まで引き上げる目標を掲げている。
