海のなかに「こいのぼり」設置 和歌山 串本町
5月5日の「こどもの日」を前に、和歌山県の串本町沖の海のなかにこいのぼりが設置されました。
海のなかの「こいのぼり」は、串本町の海を訪れるダイバーに楽しんでもらうとともに、子どもたちの健やかな成長を願おうと、町内のダイビングショップでつくる「串本ダイビング事業組合」が毎年設置しています。
24日は、港に集まったダイバーたち15人がボートに乗り込み、港からおよそ2キロ離れた「住崎」というダイビングポイントに向かいました。
現場は深さ10メートルから15メートルの海底で、岩のあいだにおよそ30メートルのロープを渡して、15匹のこいのぼりを設置しました。
こいのぼりは大きいものでおよそ5メートルあり、カツオやマグロがデザインされたものもあります。
潮の流れにあわせて海のなかで気持ちよさそうに泳いでいました。
「串本ダイビング事業組合」の対間大将さんは「海の状況もよく、スムーズに設置できました。串本らしいカツオとマグロのこいのぼりも楽しんでもらえたら」と話していました。
海のなかの「こいのぼり」は5月6日まで設置される予定です。
