完全失業率 2025年度平均2.6％ 0.1ポイント悪化

昨年度の平均の完全失業率は2.6％と、前の年度から0.1ポイント悪化しました。総務省は、人手不足の中でいったん仕事をやめて、よりよい条件の仕事を求める動きもあり、雇用情勢は悪くないとしています。

総務省によりますと、3月の就業者数は6773万人だった一方、完全失業者数は194万人で、季節による変動要因を除いた全国の完全失業率は2.7％となり、前の月より0.1ポイント悪化しました。

一方、昨年度1年間の平均の就業者数は6829万人と、前の年度から36万人増えて、過去最多となりました。

この結果、昨年度の平均の完全失業率は2.6％と、前の年度から0.1ポイント悪化しました。

総務省は「人手不足の中で、いったん仕事をやめて、よりよい条件の仕事を求める動きもあり、雇用情勢は悪くない。引き続き、就業者や完全失業者の動向を注視していきたい」としています。
