OPECプラス主要産油国 UAE抜きで増産決定
サウジアラビアなどOPECプラスの主な産油国は、原油の1日当たりの生産量を6月は18万バレル余り増やすと発表しました。UAE＝アラブ首長国連邦が脱退したあとも、産油国どうしで引き続き協調する姿勢を示した形です。
OPECプラスのうち、サウジアラビアやロシアなど主な産油国7か国は3日、オンラインで開いた会合のあとの声明で、6月の原油の生産量を1日あたり18万8000バレル増やすと明らかにしました。
UAEは5月1日でOPECとOPECプラスから脱退したとしていて、会合に参加しませんでした。
UAEが抜けた7か国による生産量の増産幅は、5月の20万6000バレルより小さくなりますが、7か国は「引き続き市場の状況を注意深く監視・評価していく」と述べていて、産油国どうしで引き続き協調する姿勢を示した形です。
また、ホルムズ海峡からの原油の輸送は停滞したままとなっていることから、今回の増産も海峡が開放された場合に備えての対応とみられます。
4月30日のニューヨーク原油市場では、アメリカがイランへの軍事的な選択肢を排除していないとの見方から、国際的な取り引きの指標となるWTIの先物価格が一時、およそ3週間ぶりの高値水準となる1バレル＝110ドル台まで上昇し、原油高が世界経済に与える影響への懸念は引き続き強まっています。
