ソフトバンク、AIとのチャットで資料作成できる「satto workspace」
ソフトバンクは、資料作成業務を支援するチャット形式の生成AIサービス「satto workspace(サット ワークスペース)」を開発し、26年春をめどに事業者向けに提供を開始する。
チャット形式で要件や構想の要点を入力すると、AIが内容を解釈し、提案資料や企画書などのプレゼンテーション資料を自動生成するサービス。入力内容に応じて、連携している社内データやインターネット上の情報の中から必要な情報を取得し、テーマや目的に沿った構成や表現に整えたスライドを短時間で作成する。情報量が多い複雑なスライドも作成でき、部分的な修正もチャット上で指示可能。
情報の取得は、社内に蓄積された大量かつ複雑なファイルや、インターネット上の最新情報から必要な情報を引き出せる「RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)」技術を搭載。あいまいな質問でも必要な情報を抽出し、資料を作成するための検索時間を短縮できるとする。
同社が3月に実施した社員アンケートでは、資料作成に1日あたり1時間以上を費やす人は72.4%という結果になった。satto workspaceの導入により、日々の業務負担を削減し、生産性の向上に貢献するとしている。
