体験・品質・セキュリティ を一貫して最適化「デジタルサービス事業者向け品質支援ソリューション」エーアイセキュリティラボとヴェス
株式会社エーアイセキュリティラボは7月7日、株式会社ヴェスと新たなアライアンスを締結したと発表した。
ヴェスでは、開発からテストまでソフトウェアの第三者検証を通じて企業の品質向上を支援しており、アライアンスの締結で「デジタルサービス事業者向け品質支援ソリューション」を提供する。
デジタルサービスを展開する多くの企業では、ユーザー体験・業務品質・セキュリティといった各分野で個別に改善活動が行われているが、それぞれの取り組みが部門ごとで分断されているため課題の本質が見えにくく、全体としての最適化につながっていないケースがある。
同ソリューションでは、デジタルサービス全体の改善活動を社内で一貫して実行できる体制づくりを支援、部門の垣根を越えて情報を可視化・共有することで、各フェーズの課題を多面的に捉えることができると同時に、継続的な改善活動を実現する。
セキュリティ領域では、エーアイセキュリティラボが提供するクラウド型Webアプリケーション脆弱性診断ツール「AeyeScan」が、脆弱性対策の内製化を支援する。
