Natureは、スマートロック「Nature Lock」の新機能「帰宅みまもり通知」を9月16日から提供開始した。設定した時刻までに、子どもが持つ「Nature Key」で解錠されなかった場合、保護者のスマートフォンに通知する。 例えば17時を帰宅時間として指定した場合、その時刻までに対象のNature Keyによる解錠が記録されなければ、「17:00までに、りくの鍵での解錠がありませんでした」といった通知が届く。従来は解施錠が行なわれた際の通知に対応していたが、新機能では「設定時刻までに解錠されなかった」ことを通知できるようになった。 通知から「Nature Home」アプリを開くと、その日の解施錠履歴を確認可能。iPhoneでは、Appleの「探す」アプリに移動し、Nature Keyの位置を地図上で確認できる。 曜日ごとに異なる時間を指定でき、学校や習い事などの予定に合わせた設定にも対応する。利用にはNature LockとNature Keyのほか、対応するNature Remoシリーズとの連携が必要。 なお、通知は対象のNature Keyによる解錠履歴をもとに行なうため、子ども本人の帰宅を直接判定するものではない。
