コクヨ、HR事業参入 組織成長ソリューション「TEAMUS」
コクヨは、組織成長ソリューション「TEAMUS(チームアス)」を5月1日より提供し、HR関連事業に参入する。

コクヨは新しい事業領域への挑戦に取り組んでおり、ワークプレイス事業における日本国内の成長戦略として、働く人と環境の両面、またそのシナジーによる付加価値の高いサービス開発と事業展開を掲げている。
コクヨでは、人的資本経営の考え方が広がりを見せる近年、企業における「はたらく」の位置づけも変化していると捉えている。なにを目指し、どのようにはたらき、はたらく中でどのような経験ができるのかが企業としての持続的な競争力、人材の獲得と成長には欠かせないものとなっているという。
その課題解決のため、ワークプレイス事業を通じて培ってきたノウハウを活かした、働く人と企業をつなぐサービス創出を図り、組織成長ソリューション「TEAMUS」からHR関連事業へ参入。顧客のはたらくを支えるとしている。
TEAMUSはチームのチカラを引き出し組織の成長を支援するソリューション。企業と個人の間をつなぐチームに注目し、「わかる・気づく・変わる」の3ステップでチームの力を引き出し、企業の成果と個人の成長につなげる。
1つ目のステップとなる「わかる」では、Webアプリケーションの形式で提供するサーベイにより、チームの実態、実力値を測定、把握し、チームの強みや課題、これからの成長要因を特定する。所属する個人のストレスや不満の多寡、それらの平均値ではなく、チームに関する問いを多角的に投げかけ、チームの成長のカギを見える化できる点を特徴としている。メニューは「TEAMコンディションサーベイ」。
2つ目のステップとなる「気づく」では、「わかる」で取得したサーベイの結果をさらに具体化するため、コクヨの専門スタッフがチームのリーダー層(部長や課長)へ直接ヒアリングを実施。チームの強みや課題をベースにより成長できるポイントを特定し、リーダーの共感を得た状態で意識変容のきっかけを作る。メニューは「LEADERオンボーディング：複数のリーダーによる集合対話型セッション」、「LEADERインサイト：リーダー個人との1on1セッション」。
3つ目のステップとなる「変わる」は、「気づく」で特定したチームの成長ポイントに関する、ビジネスコーチによるリーダーに向けた伴走のプログラム。コーチとリーダーの定期的な対話を通じて、普段の意識変容、行動変容に落とし込みができる状態まで支援する。メニューは「LEADERコーチング」。
10チームまでのサーベイ実施価格は90万円(税別)から。それ以外のチーム数でのサーベイ実施や、サーベイ以外のメニュー価格等については応相談。
