自民 税調幹部会合「年収103万円の壁」控除額引き上げ幅検討へ
来年度の税制改正に向けた議論が本格化するのを前に、自民党税制調査会の幹部が会合を開き、与党と国民民主党との間でいわゆる「年収103万円の壁」を見直すことで合意したことを受けて、控除額の引き上げ幅などを議論していくことになりました。
自民党税制調査会は21日午前、宮沢税制調査会長や森山幹事長、後藤元経済再生担当大臣ら幹部が会合を開きました。
この中では、20日、自民・公明両党と国民民主党の3党が、新たな経済対策をめぐり税負担に関わる「103万円の壁」を見直すことやガソリン減税を検討することなどで合意したことを受けて、宮沢氏が税制に関わる合意内容について説明しました。
これに対し、出席者から「103万円の壁を見直した場合、国と地方で減収が見込まれるので、財源は考えないといけない」などの指摘が出されました。
そして、3党の税制調査会長が今後、制度の検討を進めることを踏まえ、自民党として控除額の引き上げ幅などを議論していくことになりました。
また、来週25日に税制調査会の総会を開き、来年度の税制改正に向けた議論を開始することを確認しました。
会合のあと、宮沢氏は記者団に対し「3党の合意では、控除額を引き上げることだけは決まっているが、大事なことはほとんど残っている。いろんな影響を考えながら、どう現実的な案ができるのかしっかり協議していきたい」と述べました。
