「ANAスカイコネクトなんば」開業 シミュレーターでボーイング737操縦体験
ANAファシリティーズは、複合ビル「ANAスカイコネクトなんば」の店舗・施設を4月30日から順次開業する。5月にはボーイング737MAXの本格シミュレーターを備えた飛行機操縦体験施設が開業する。

ANAスカイコネクトなんばは、南海電気鉄道が大阪市中央区難波千日前で建設した建物をANAファシリティーズが一括して借上げて運営する複合ビル。南海なんば駅徒歩1分の立地で、1・2階を店舗・施設、3・4階をシェアオフィス、5階～9階をオフィスフロアとして展開する。
1階には全国初出店となる、ANAとタリーズコーヒーのコラボ店舗「タリーズコーヒー ANAスカイコネクトなんば店」が、4月30日に開業。内装にANAをイメージさせるブルーを採用するなど、他のタリーズコーヒー店舗とは異なる雰囲気を特徴としている。
全59席で、2人席を中心にグループでの利用が可能。1人席にはコンセントを備える。オープン後は継続的なANAコラボイベントを予定しているほか、オープン記念の数量限定でANAとのコラボグッズの手ぬぐいを発売する。
5月には2階に、ボーイング737MAXの本格シミュレーターを備えた飛行機操縦体験施設 「28LEFT TRAVELER'S LOUNGE」が開業予定。エンジンスタートから、タキシング(地上走行)、離陸、着陸、タッチ&ゴーなどを体験でき、子供から大人まで、なんばの地から世界中の空港へ旅をする体験を味わえる。
また、旅行の前後や観光途中でリフレッシュができるよう、シャワールームやくつろぎのスペースを備えるなど非日常が満喫できる空間としている。
シェアオフィス「ANA WORK CABIN」は、チャレンジ企業・スタートアップ企業の入居、サテライトオフィスとしての利用を想定。3階は空港をイメージしたラウンジスペース、4階は滑走路をモチーフにしたデザインを採用した。
