4～9月の輸入小麦売り渡し価格 前の半年間より4.6％引き下げ
ことし4月から半年の間、政府が輸入した小麦を製粉業者などに売り渡す価格について、農林水産省は、前の半年間より4.6％引き下げると発表しました。
日本で消費される小麦は8割以上が輸入でまかなわれていて、安定的に確保するため、政府が一括して輸入したあと製粉業者などに売り渡していますが、その価格は半年ごとに見直されます。
12日、ことし4月から9月末までの売り渡し価格が発表され、主要な5つの銘柄の平均は1トン当たり6万3570円となりました。
去年10月から3月末までの半年間と比べると、3040円、率にして4.6％引き下げられます。
平均価格が引き下げられるのは2023年10月以降4期連続で、農林水産省は、アメリカやカナダなどで天候に恵まれ生産量が増え、国際価格が下落傾向にあるためだとしています。
小麦の国際価格は、ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻を受けて、2022年3月に最も高くなりましたが、その後は下落傾向にあります。
農林水産省は、今後、小麦粉の価格は下がる可能性があるものの、パンなどの製品の価格に占める小麦粉の割合は低いため、価格への影響は限定的だとしています。
