福岡・天神の新ランドマーク「ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.」 福ビル・コアビル跡地
西日本鉄道は、福岡ビル跡、天神コアビル跡、天神第一名店ビル(天神ビブレ)跡を一体開発する「福ビル街区建替プロジェクト」における「(仮称)新福岡ビル」の正式名称を「ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.(ワン・フクオカ・ビルディング)」に決定した。略称は「ワンビル」。天神の新ランドマークとして2025年春に開業する。

商業、ホテル、オフィス、カンファレンスで構成される複合施設。所在地は福岡市中央区天神一丁目11番。規模は地上19階・地下4階、高さ約97m、敷地面積約8,600m2、延床面積約147,000m2。竣工は12月末予定。
名称にある「ONE」には、始まり・起源、オンリーワン、ワンチーム、天神一丁目の「1」、福岡ビル・天神コア・天神第一名店ビルが「1」つになるという5つの想いが込められている。「創造交差点～meets different ideas～」をコンセプトに、「商業、ビジネスを中心に多様な機能が1つに重なり合うことでこれからの天神へ、そして世界へ、新たな価値を生み出していくオンリーワンの複合ビル」を目指す。
ロゴは、「沢山のヒト・モノ・コトが集えるようにその場所を示すシンボルは強い繋ぎ目となる目印であってほしい」との願いから、万国共通の記号である算用数字を採用。下部をレールの断面を思わせるディテールとするなど、西鉄ならではのこだわりも込めている。
18階・19階のホテルの名称は「ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL(ワン・フクオカ・ホテル)」に決定。ワンビルロゴの輪郭に、ホテル独自の価値を表すやわらかな輪郭を重ね合わせたデザインを採用し、ふたつの形が交差するシェイプは出会いや交流を、枠線のみの造形は外に開かれた空間設計を表現している。ティザーサイトの公開およびバンケットの予約開始は5月を予定。
スカイロビーの6階に設置されるカンファレンスの名称は「ONE FUKUOKA CONFERENCE HALL(ワン・フクオカ・カンファレンス・ホール)」に決定。ワンビルを構成するカンファレンスとして、創造交差点から生まれる新しいアイデアの発信の場となることを目指す。
6階と7階のスカイロビーにはそのほか、オフィスエントランス、ラウンジ空間、コワーキングスペース、カフェ、イノベーションキャンパスを設置。スカイロビーからは天神交差点を一望できる。
商業施設は地下2階から地上5階に設置。5階には周辺のワーカーや来街者に開かれた天神地区最大規模という食堂を開設する。地下からは地下鉄および天神地下街に接続する。
