イラン情勢緊迫化 車の部品材料調達ルート多角化検討 自工会
「日本自動車工業会」の会長を務めるトヨタ自動車の佐藤恒治社長は、19日の記者会見で、イラン情勢の緊迫化で、石油製品「ナフサ」の供給に懸念が生じていることについて、車の部品の材料調達にも影響が出かねないとして、調達ルートの多角化を検討する考えを示しました。
「ナフサ」は、石油化学製品に加工されたあと、車のタイヤやバンパーなどの材料としても活用されます。

また、佐藤社長は、ホルムズ海峡の事実上の封鎖で、中東向けの自動車の輸送が滞っていることについて、「中東は大変重要な地域だ。生産したものを現地に届ける輸送ルートを確保するため、各社の生産の状況と物流のキャパシティの調整に取り組む」と述べました。
