ことし8月の有効求人倍率は全国平均で1.18倍で、前の月と同じ水準でした。厚生労働省は「人手不足の状況は続いていて、動向を注視したい」としています。

厚生労働省によりますと、仕事を求めている人1人に対して何人の求人があるかを示す有効求人倍率は、ことし8月の全国平均で1.18倍と、前の月と同じ水準でした。

都道府県別の有効求人倍率を就業地別にみると、最も高かったのは福井県の1.72倍、次いで山梨県で1.71倍、富山県で1.68倍でした。

一方、最も低かったのは大阪府で0.95倍、次いで福岡県で0.97倍、北海道で0.98倍でした。

これを主な産業別にみると、「製造業」が3.9％、「情報通信業」が3.3％増えた一方、「宿泊業飲食サービス業」が11.1％、「卸売業小売業」が10.2％減少しました。

厚生労働省は「新規の求人数は、小売業などではレジの無人化が進んだ影響で減っているものの、半導体やAI関連の需要は高く製造業を中心に増えている。人手不足の状況は続いていて、動向を注視したい」とコメントしています。
