カードローンなどの保証業務を行っているSMBCコンシューマーファイナンスは、システムが不正アクセスを受け、ローンを申し込んだ人の名前や住所のほか、年収なども含む個人情報が、最大32万人分、漏えいしたと発表しました。

SMBCコンシューマーファイナンスは、提携している地方銀行や信用金庫、ネット銀行のカードローンなどを申し込んだ人向けに保証業務を行っています。

会社の発表によりますと、今月2日、こうした保証業務に使用しているシステムへの不正アクセスが確認され、ローンを申し込んだ最大32万人分の個人情報が外部に漏えいしたことがわかったということです。

漏えいしたのは、名前や生年月日、住所のほか、運転免許証の番号や年収、ローンの保証額などの情報も含まれるということです。

会社では、個人情報が漏えいした人に対し、個別に連絡をしているほか、新規の保証業務は停止しているということです。

また、漏えいした情報が悪用されたケースなどは確認されていないものの、この会社や金融機関などを装った不審な電話やメールが届くおそれがあるとして、不審な連絡を受けた場合には警察などに相談するよう呼びかけています。
