千葉・新鎌ケ谷駅に6階建ての飲食店やオフィス 28年開業
京成電鉄を代表企業とする「京成電鉄株式会社・日本コープ共済生活協同組合連合会 共同企業体」は、千葉県鎌ケ谷市による「新鎌ケ谷駅周辺地区市有地活用」事業の事業予定者に選定された。

鎌ケ谷市では、新京成線、北総線、成田スカイアクセス線、東武アーバンパークラインが乗り入れる新鎌ヶ谷駅周辺において広域的な交通の利便性を活かして多様な機能が複合的に集積する広域交流拠点の創出を推進しており、これに対し同共同企業体は、オフィスを中心とした市有地活用により、賑わいの創出や、昼間人口・就業者の増加を目的とする提案を行なった。
京成電鉄は、新鎌ヶ谷駅前において、駅直結の複合商業施設と分譲マンション、駅周辺の回遊性を向上する南北自由通路等の整備に着工している。
今回の整備対象の区画は、新鎌ケ谷駅前交番裏の「区画1」と市道1545号線北側の「区画2」の2つ。
区画1は地上6階の事務施設で、1階はエントランスと市民の利便性を向上するスペース。2階～6階は日本コープ共済生活協同組合がオフィスとして自社利用し、約700名が就業予定。延床面積は約6,000m2。開業予定は2029年度。
区画2も同じく地上6階の事務施設で、1、2階には飲食店及びオフィスとして複数テナントが入居予定。延床面積は約2,200m2。開業予定は2028年度。
4月1日に京成電鉄と新京成電鉄が合併し、新京成線は京成電鉄「松戸線」となる。京成電鉄は新京成線沿線においてはほかにも、新津田沼駅直結のイトーヨーカドー津田沼店跡地を再整備する計画を進めている。
