楽天銀行と楽天カードは、「楽天銀行アプリ」において、「楽天カード」の請求金額が確認できる機能の提供を開始した。楽天銀行の口座を持ち、楽天カードの引落口座に楽天銀行の口座を設定している場合、楽天銀行アプリの画面上で楽天カードの請求金額を確認可能になった。請求金額に対して預金残高が不足している場合はメッセージで知らせ、支払漏れを防止できるようになる。また、SPU(スーパーポイントアッププログラム)における、「楽天銀行で楽天カードの引き落としをするとポイント最大+0.5倍」の獲得予定ポイントも確認できる。なお、楽天カードの利用金額を楽天銀行の口座から引落しすると、普通預金金利に年0.02%(税引後年0.015%)が上乗せされ、優遇金利として年0.32%(税引後年0.254%)が適用される。「楽天カードプレミアムプログラム」の対象カード(ブラック、プレミアム、ゴールド)の会員はさらに最大年0.06%(税引後年0.047%)がボーナス金利として上乗せされ、最大年0.38%(税引後年0.302%)の普通預金金利が適用される。
