みなとみらい・臨港パークに複合施設「横浜ティンバーワーフ」10月開業
横浜市・みなとみらい21地区の臨港パークに、複合施設「横浜ティンバーワーフ」が10月17日に開業する。ベーカリー・カフェ、野外レクリエーション支援機能を併せ持つレストラン兼ウェディング施設を展開する。

横浜市港湾施設条例に基づき、民間事業者が港湾緑地に便益施設等の設置を可能とする設置等許可制度により整備した施設。DRAFTが代表企業としてプロジェクト推進および事業を担う。規模は地上3階、建築面積648.45m2、延床面積1,568.66m2。建築設計・デザインは山下泰樹建築デザイン研究所。
開業日の10月17日に、ベーカリーカフェが1階にオープン。2～3階はウエディング事業を手掛けるCRAZYの出店が決定している。レストラン、ウエディングサービスを提供するほか、施設の一部にランナーやウォーカーなど野外アクティビティ等での利用者をサポートする野外レクリエーション支援機能を備える。
レストランサービス、野外レクリエーション支援機能は26年1月頃、ウエディングサービスは26年4月頃の提供開始を予定している。
