26日、午後1時半ごろ、新潟市中央区のJR新潟駅近くの国道で撮影された映像です。道路が冠水し、車がゆっくりと動くたびに水が波打つ様子が確認できます。

撮影した男性は、「近くの飲食店にいたところ、店員から『店内のちゅう房や駐車場が冠水したので退店してほしい』と言われ、店を出ました。徐行運転していましたが、車が止まるかもしれないと不安でした」などと話していました。

気象庁によりますと、日本海から東北付近にのびる前線に向かって暖かく湿った空気が流れ込んでいる影響で、新潟県や東北南部には発達した雨雲がかかっています。

気象庁は、土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、川の氾濫に厳重に警戒するよう呼びかけています。
