ぺんてる、新社名「アストラム」に

ぺんてる株式会社は、4月1日に法人名(商号)を「アストラム株式会社」に変更した。同日、アストラムとしてのコーポレートサイトを公開した。 ぺんてるはプラスのグループ企業として、プラスステーショナリーカンパニー、日本ノート、セーラー万年筆とともに国内外でのステーショナリー事業を展開してきた。 プラスグループは、グローバルに展開する世界有数の総合的な文具メーカーへの変革を推進するため、2028年までにステーショナリー事業の段階的な統合を進める。その統合の意義を明確化するため、法人名を「ぺんてる」から「アストラム」に変更し、今後の段階的統合の基盤としてプラスグループのステーショナリー事業の成長につなげる。 社名変更後も「ぺんてる(Pentel)」は事業ブランドとして継続し、世界展開を維持する。 その他プラスグループのステーショナリー事業における国内・海外の関係会社の社名変更を行なう予定はない。セーラー万年筆については上場企業として独立した法人としての運営を維持する予定。
