「つばさの党」 選挙運動妨害事件裁判 黒川敦彦代表が無罪主張
政治団体「つばさの党」の黒川敦彦代表らがことし4月に行われた衆議院東京15区の補欠選挙で、大音量の拡声機を使うなどしてほかの陣営の選挙運動を妨害した罪に問われている事件の裁判が東京地方裁判所で始まり、黒川代表は「極めて政治的に意味のある適法な行為で、当然無罪です」と述べて無罪を主張しました。
