「関係人口」増やす取り組み進める 自治体サミット 岐阜 飛騨
各地で人口減少が進む中、都市部に住みながら農作業やイベントなどを通して地域に関わる「関係人口」を増やす取り組みを進めている全国の自治体が岐阜県飛騨市に集まり、意見を交わしました。
「地域ファンづくりサミット」と題したこの会合は、飛騨市をはじめ「関係人口」を増やす取り組みを進める全国20余りの自治体などが参加し、29日始まりました。
最終日の30日は、グループに分かれて議論し、取り組みに地元の理解を得るには、地域のキーパーソンも巻き込んで進めていくことや、さまざまな機会を通じてメリットを周知することが必要だと発表しました。
「関係人口」は人口減少が進む中、移住や観光客とは異なる形で地域の担い手になることが期待されていて、国は今後10年間で1000万人に増やすことなどを目標に掲げています。
参加した富山県氷見市の担当者は「新たな発見があり、よい機会になった。市の内外を巻き込んで事業を進めていこうと思う」と話していました。
主催した飛騨市ふるさと応援課の舩谷奈歩さんは「関係人口について全国の関係者で意見を交わすことで、新たなつながりを生んだり、考えを深めることができた。それぞれが新しい次の展開につなげてほしい」と話していました。
