青森県や消防によりますと、青森県内ではむつ市の県道で土砂崩れが発生しているほか、青森市で住宅が水につかったり、道路が冠水したりしているということです。

青森県によりますと、むつ市では脇野沢の県道175号の一部で土砂崩れが発生し、3日午前1時から通行止めとなっているということです。

また、消防によりますと、青森市では奥内地区の生活道路がおよそ200メートルにわたって冠水したほか、住宅1棟で床下が水につかったということです。

このほか、飛鳥岸田地区でも150メートルほどにわたって道路が冠水したほか、住宅1棟で床下が水につかる被害が確認されたということです。
