4月の野菜価格見通し じゃがいも高値 キャベツ平年下回る
農林水産省は主な野菜について4月の価格の見通しを公表しました。じゃがいもとたまねぎは、引き続き高値が見込まれる一方、キャベツやレタスなどは順調な出荷が見込まれるとして価格は平年を下回る見通しです。
農林水産省は東京都中央卸売市場に出荷される主な野菜15品目について、4月の卸売価格の見通しを公表しました。
このうち、じゃがいもとたまねぎは1か月を通して、過去5年の平均価格より3割以上高くなる見通しです。
主産地の北海道で去年夏の暑さによる出荷量の減少が続いているうえ、この時期に出荷が増える九州の産地でも冬の天候不良の影響で生育が遅れているということです。
また、さといもはこの時期の主産地の埼玉県で出荷量が平年をやや下回るため、平年より1割から3割ほど高くなる見込みだとしています。
一方、はくさい、キャベツ、ねぎ、レタスは、主産地の関東地域で2月下旬以降、適度に雨が降り、気温も上昇して順調な出荷が見込まれるなどとして平年より1割以上安くなる見通しです。
業界関係者の間ではイラン情勢の緊迫が長期化すれば燃料や肥料の流通が滞り、コストの上昇につながることが懸念されていて、今後の野菜価格への影響が焦点になります。
