三菱UFJ銀行 貸金庫窃盗の裁判 元行員に懲役12年求刑
三菱UFJ銀行の元行員が貸金庫から顧客の金塊や現金など、合わせて3億9500万円相当を盗んだ罪に問われている裁判で検察は「顧客の信頼を裏切る悪質な犯行だ」として懲役12年を求刑しました。一方、弁護側は懲役5年が妥当だと主張しました。
三菱UFJ銀行の支店長代理だった山崎由香理被告（47）は、去年にかけて練馬支店と玉川支店の貸金庫から顧客の金塊や現金など合わせて3億9500万円相当を盗んだとして、窃盗の罪に問われています。
18日の裁判で検察は「FX取引による多額の負債を穴埋めするために盗みを繰り返した。貸金庫の鍵などを管理する立場を悪用し、顧客の信頼を裏切る悪質な犯行だ」として懲役12年を求刑しました。
一方、弁護側は「場当たり的な犯行でストレスなど精神的な面が影響していた。真摯に反省している」と述べ、懲役5年が妥当だと主張しました。
最後に被告は「被害者の気持ちを一生忘れることなく罪を償い弁済に向けてまじめに働いていきたい」と述べました。
判決は10月6日に言い渡されます。
