東南アジアのタイでは断続的に降る大雨によって首都バンコクでも浸水被害が発生し、臨時で設けられた避難所に一時、およそ4200人が避難するなど影響が広がっています。

タイでは活発な低気圧などの影響で大雨が断続的に降っていて、地元メディアは24日からの48時間に降った雨の量が300ミリ近くに達したと伝えています。

バンコクでも広範囲にわたって浸水や道路の冠水などが発生していて、チャチャート知事の発表などによりますと、被害は河川沿いの地域などで深刻だということです。

また、被害はおよそ5万2000世帯に上り、臨時に設けられた230か所あまりの避難所には、一時、およそ4200人が避難するなど影響が広がっています。

バンコクでは、冠水した道路をゆっくり走行する車やひざ上まで水につかりながら慎重に歩く人たちの姿が見られます。

タイの気象当局は27日以降、一部の地域で雨は弱まる傾向にあるものの、低い土地などでは大雨への警戒が引き続き必要だと呼びかけています。
