「丸亀製麺」 店長の年収最大2000万円に 人材確保へ
うどんチェーンなどを展開するトリドールホールディングスは、人手不足が続く中、人材の確保につなげようと「丸亀製麺」の店長の年収を最大2000万円まで引き上げるなどの新たな人事制度を発表しました。
発表によりますと、会社は今後、新しい人事制度をつくり、うどんチェーン「丸亀製麺」の店長の評価基準については、売り上げなどのほか従業員や顧客の満足度の高さを取り入れます。
報酬体系も見直して、最も上の等級の店長の場合は年収を最大2000万円まで引き上げるということです。
現在は店長の年収は最大520万円で、およそ4倍になります。
これまで会社は必要な人手が確保できずに出店が計画どおりに進まなかったということで、新しい人事制度をまずはことし中に6つの店舗で導入し、人材の確保につなげていきたい考えです。
外食チェーン大手のすかいらーくホールディングスも、およそ2600店舗を対象に店長の年収を、現在の最大840万円から1000万円を超える水準に引き上げることにしていて、厳しい人手不足が続く飲食業界では、待遇の改善で人材の確保につなげようという動きが一段と進んでいます。
