正確な情報の流通あり方 議論の枠組み新設へ
SNS上で真偽不明の情報が広がる中、メディアについて研究する専門家らが、報道機関やデジタルプラットフォーム事業者などとともに、正確な情報の流通のあり方を議論する新たな枠組みを設けることになりました。
これは、メディアについて研究する専門家らが20日、「健全で開かれた情報空間の構築」をテーマに開いたシンポジウムの中で明らかにしました。
それによりますと、新たな枠組みは、専門家が中心となって、報道機関やデジタルプラットフォーム事業者、ネットコンテンツのクリエイターなどに呼びかけ、ことし秋の設立を目指していて、これまでにおよそ20の企業や団体、個人から賛同を得ているということです。
業種や世代を超えて、正確なニュースをより多くの人に伝えるための方策や、信頼性の高い情報を発信する事業者を評価する仕組みなどについて議論していくということです。
憲法学が専門の慶應義塾大学の山本龍彦教授は「おそらく、こうした組織は例がないものだと思う。問題意識を共有している人を連れてきてもらい、輪を広げていければと思っている」と述べました。
