LIXILは、リフォーム内窓「インプラス」において、マンションの狭い窓枠に設置しやすくした「マンション用インプラス」を8月に全国で発売した。参考価格は、幅約1.6m、高さ約1mの引違い窓で107,800円(設置費用除く)。「マンション用インプラス」は、窓枠に奥行きが足りず、内窓の設置に必要なスペースを確保しづらいケースがあるというマンションの窓枠の課題に対応する新製品。新たに設定されるインプラスの「マンション用枠」を使うことで、窓枠に必要な奥行きが従来の61mmから54mmに縮小される。窓枠から室内側に張り出す「持ち出し幅」は従来の6.5mmから13mmへと拡大され、施工の対応範囲を確保する。マンション用インプラスにより、オプション部材無しで取り付けできる現場は約10%増える見込みとしている。マンション用インプラスの価格は、リクシルの現行の一般枠と同価格に設定。オプション部材の費用を抑えた設置が可能になるとしている。なお、2023年度から、既存住宅の窓・ドアを省エネ効果の高い断熱窓・ドアに改修する費用に対して、一戸当たり最大100万円の補助金が国から交付される「先進的窓リノベ2026事業」が実施されている。LIXILではこうした補助金の活用も案内している。
