ローソンは、店内調理の弁当などをランチ時間にオフィスに届ける実証実験を開始する。対象店舗は「ローソン札幌北10条店」で、期間は7月7日から3カ月間。ローソンの店内で作る弁当やデリバリー限定のパスタなど約20品を、注文に応じてランチ時間にオフィスまで届ける「マチのランチはおまかせ便 by ローソン」を実証実験としてスタートする。ローソンとしてオフィス向けのデリバリーサービスを実施するのは今回が初めて。実証実験では、事前に設定された札幌市内の7つのオフィスに勤務する社員を対象に、店頭と同じ価格で商品の注文を受付ける。注文は「LINE」で行なう。通常のデリバリーサービスとは異なり受取りの時間枠を選択可能で、昼休憩の時間などを中心に、ユーザーの都合に合わせて時間枠を選択し受取れる。1,500円以上(7月17日までは500円以上)の注文で配送料が無料になる。ローソンはオフィス向けデリバリーを提供する背景として、コロナ禍以降のオフィス回帰にともなう昼食時間帯の混雑を課題として挙げており、デリバリーサービスの展開で利便性向上を図る。
