小泉農相 備蓄米売り渡しで全国銀行協会に資金繰り配慮要請
随意契約による備蓄米の売り渡しで中小の小売業者などの申請の受け付けが始まる中、小泉農林水産大臣は30日夕方、全国銀行協会の半沢淳一会長と面会し、事業者の資金繰りなどへの配慮を要請しました。
この中で、小泉農林水産大臣は「随意契約で手を挙げた事業者が資金繰りで不安のないよう融資に対する配慮をお願いしたい」と述べ、備蓄米を仕入れる小売業者の資金繰りなどへの配慮を要請しました。
これに対し半沢会長は「コメの流通がしっかり促進されるようわれわれとしても関連事業者の資金繰りについて親身になって適切な対応をしっかり行っていく」と述べ、資金繰り相談に丁寧に対応すると応えました。
面会のあと取材に応じた半沢会長は「小泉大臣からはコメの問題を解決することが日本の持続的な成長につながるとの話もあった。全国銀行協会の会員に対して大臣からの要請を受けたとしっかり周知し実際の行動に移していく」と述べました。
