有楽町線延伸、東武スカイツリーラインと直通運転 豊洲→押上が14分
東京メトロと東武鉄道は17日、有楽町線延伸区間(豊洲・住吉間)の開業(2030年代半ば)に合わせて、半蔵門線(住吉・押上間)と東武スカイツリーライン・伊勢崎線・日光線を相互直通運転することで基本合意した。
有楽町線延伸(豊洲・住吉間)は、豊洲～東陽町を経由して住吉までを結び、建設キロは4.8km。総建設費は約2,690億円。この整備により、豊洲駅から住吉駅間の所要時間を約20分から約9分に短縮する予定だが、さらに東武スカイツリーラインにまで直通運転を拡大することで、押上、北千住の先までつながることになる。
この直通運転により、豊洲市場などの観光拠点も擁する臨海部から、東京スカイツリーのある押上を経て、東武スカイツリーライン・伊勢崎線・日光線が直通でつながるため、臨海副都心と東京・埼玉東部のアクセス性が飛躍的に向上する。
所要時間の短縮や乗換回数の減少などのほか、両社沿線地域の魅力的なまちづくりや東京圏の国際競争力の強化、新たな鉄道需要の創出などを目標としている。
直通運転区間や運行計画は今後検討を進めるが、列車編成は10両編成。延伸と直通運転により、豊洲→春日部は所要時間が61分から53分に約8分短縮するほか、乗換回数も2回から0回となる。
草加→東陽町は、所要時間が約40分→約29分と約11分短縮、乗換回数も2回から0回になる。豊洲→押上は所要時間が約22分→約14分と約8分の短縮となり、乗換回数2回から0回になる。
また、混雑緩和効果も日比谷線で7%減、千代田線で3%減を見込む。
