DMM、画像1枚から「推しの3Dフィギュア」制作
DMM.comは、DMM.make 3Dプリントにおいて、画像1枚から立体的なグッズを造形できる新サービス「3Dプリントグッズ制作」の提供を開始した。

3Dプリンター技術を活用し、キャラクターフィギュア、タイトルロゴグッズ、アパレルなど、多様な立体グッズのオンデマンド生産を可能にするもの。「なかなかグッズ化できない」「推しのグッズが手に入らない」といった、クリエイターとファン双方の悩みを解決する。
受注生産に対応し、クリエイターは低リスクでグッズ制作が可能。在庫リスクを抱えることなく、グッズから作品の人気を創出する新たなきっかけを生み出すことも可能になる。キャラクターフィギュア、タイトルロゴのキーホルダー、Tシャツ・デニムなど幅広いグッズ制作に対応する。
人物写真や2Dイラストなど、画像1枚から3Dモデル化を実現でき、前後や3面図があれば、よりクオリティの高いグッズを造形できる。3Dデータ上でサイズや色の変更も即時に対応でき、ニーズに合わせたグッズ制作が可能。
3Dプリンターでは、一般的な金型は不要で樹脂造形で製品化するため、イニシャルコストを抑えて生産できる点もメリットになる。制作したグッズは自社ECサイトの他、「DMM.makeクリエイターズマーケット」での販売も可能。
問い合せ後、約2カ月半でグッズが完成する。大まかなスケジュールは下記の通り。
