岐阜市 中心部の商店主らが年に一度の「地歌舞伎」公演
地域の活性化につなげようと、商店主たちが、かつて行われていた地歌舞伎を披露する催しが岐阜市で行われました。
この催しは、戦前まで地区の芝居小屋で演じられていた「にわか芝居」を通じて地域を盛り上げようと、岐阜市中心部の商店主たちが10年ほど前から行っています。
4月2日の夜は、岐阜市の伊奈波神社で年に一度の公演が行われ、商店主やその家族が派手な化粧をしたり、かつらをかぶったりして舞台に上がりました。
はじめに、子どもたちの鼓の演奏に合わせた舞妓の踊りが披露され、続いて地域の話題などを盛り込んだオリジナルの地歌舞伎が演じられました。
地歌舞伎は、信頼できる相方を探す刀鍛冶の話で、演じ手の大人や子どもが真剣な表情で刀を打つ演技をしたり、大きな声で見得を切ったりすると、会場からは大きな拍手が送られていました。
客席で見ていた50代の女性は「地元ならではの話も出てきて、楽しい時間が過ごせました。来年も、また見に来たいです」と話していました。
イベントの実行委員長の川島徹郎さんは「風物詩として定着してきているので、これからも地域一体となって盛り上げていきたいです」と話していました。
