「徳島県高等学校PTA連合会」で約5000万円使途不明 警察が捜査
徳島県内の公立高校などのPTAでつくる「徳島県高等学校PTA連合会」で、およそ5000万円が使途不明になっていることが、捜査関係者への取材でわかりました。
内部の聞き取りに対し、連合会の会長が口座から現金を引き出したことを認めて辞任したということで、被害届を受けた警察が使いみちなどについて捜査しています。
使途不明金が見つかったのは、徳島県内の公立高校などのPTAでつくる「徳島県高等学校PTA連合会」です。
捜査関係者によりますと、それぞれの学校のPTAから集めた会費を管理する銀行口座の記録を調べたところ、おととしから去年にかけて現金が繰り返し引き出され、あわせておよそ5000万円が使途不明になっていることがわかったということです。
全国の連合会が集まる会合に参加するための旅費の支払いが滞っていたことから明らかになり、内部の聞き取りに対し、連合会の50代の会長が一連の引き出しを認めて、去年12月に辞任したということです。
一方、詳しい使いみちはわかっておらず、先月、連合会から被害届を受けた警察は業務上横領の疑いで捜査しています。
これについて「徳島県高等学校PTA連合会」はホームページで使途不明金があったことを認め、「ご心配をおかけしますことを深くおわび申し上げます」とコメントしています。
