妻殺害の罪で元長野県議の懲役19年確定へ 最高裁が上告棄却
元長野県議会議員の被告が、5年前に塩尻市で妻を殺害したとして殺人の罪に問われた裁判で、最高裁判所は上告を退ける決定をし、懲役19年の判決が確定することになりました。
元長野県議会議員の丸山大輔被告（51）は、現職だった2021年9月、塩尻市内の自宅に併設された酒造会社の店舗で、47歳の妻の首を圧迫して窒息させ殺害したとして、殺人の罪に問われました。
直接的な証拠がなく、元県議は「妻を殺害したのは私ではありません」と無罪を主張しました。
おととし、1審の長野地方裁判所は、防犯カメラに写った車の画像など複数の状況証拠をふまえ、「被告を犯人と認定することに合理的な疑いはない。かつて不倫関係にあった女性と復縁したいという身勝手な思惑に基づく冷酷で凶悪な犯行だ」として、懲役20年の求刑に対し懲役19年を言い渡しました。
元県議側が上告していましたが、最高裁判所第2小法廷の岡村和美裁判長は14日までに退ける決定をし、懲役19年の判決が確定することになりました。
