3月の景気ウォッチャー調査 2か月ぶりに前月を下回る
働く人に景気の実感を聞く先月の景気ウォッチャー調査は、イラン情勢を受けた原油価格の高騰などで景気の現状を示す指数が2か月ぶりに前の月を下回り、ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻が始まった2022年2月以来の低い水準となりました。
内閣府は、地域の景気動向を把握できる業種で働く人たち2000人余りを対象に、3か月前と比べた景気の実感を聞き、指数として毎月公表しています。
それによりますと、先月の景気の現状を示す指数は前の月を6.7ポイント下回って42.2と2か月ぶりに低下し、ロシアによるウクライナへの侵攻が始まった2022年2月以来の低い水準となりました。
イラン情勢の緊迫化で原油価格が高騰していることなどが要因で、北関東の不動産業からは「資材や燃料の価格高騰が急激に進んだため、利益を圧迫している」という声が出ていました。
また、沖縄のホテルからは「航空運賃の上昇で旅行需要が低下する」といった声や北海道の家電量販店からは「ガソリン価格の高騰でお客が本当に必要なものしか購入しなくなる」といった懸念の声が多く出ていました。
こうした現状を踏まえて内閣府は、景気の見方について「持ち直している」とする表現を「持ち直しの動きに弱さがみられる」に下方修正しました。
