スイスのスポーツブランド「On（オン）」は、「Cloudboom Strike LS」の新カラー「White
Lime」を4月10日（木）から数量限定で発売する。「On Flagship Store キャットストリート」で4月10日に先行発売され、4月17日からほか取扱店舗でも販売される。
このフットウェアは、革新的なアッパー製造技術「LightSpray™」によって作られたものだ。この技術は、自動化されたロボットアームを使用して全長1.5kmのフィラメントをシューズのラストに直接スプレー噴射し、わずか3分で超軽量のアッパーを製造できる。極薄でシームレス、シューレース不要の一体型デザインになっている。さらに、単一工程での製造により廃棄物を最小限に抑え、CO2排出量も他のレーシングシューズと比べて75％削減されるなど、環境負荷の低減にも貢献している。
ミッドソールには高反発のHelion™ HF ハイパーフォームを採用し、カーボン製Speedboard®と組み合わせることで強力な推進力を生み出す。わずか7パーツで構成される同モデルは、接着剤不要の製造方法で作られており、インソールもない。足が直接フォームに接することでエネルギーロスを最小限に抑えている。
