大阪・関西万博 一般入場者数2000万人超える
閉幕まで残り24日となっている大阪・関西万博は、これまでの一般入場者の数が2000万人を超えました。
「いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン」をテーマに158の国と地域が参加して4月に開幕した大阪・関西万博は、来月13日の閉幕まで残り24日となっています。
博覧会協会によりますとチケットで訪れた一般入場者の数の累計は、速報値で18日、2003万7000人余りとなり、2000万人を超えました。
1日当たりの入場者数は開幕直後は平均で10万人程度でしたが、先月後半は15万人前後、この1週間はおよそ20万人となっていて、このペースが続くと閉幕までに、およそ2500万人が訪れることになる計算です。
想定の2820万人には届かないものの、黒字の目安とされる2200万人は超える見通しです。
入場者の増加に伴って会場は混雑し、パビリオンの予約も難しくなっています。
今回の万博では会場へのアクセスが限られることから日時を決めての入場予約が必須となっていますが、閉幕に向けた駆け込みで予約枠はほぼ埋まりつつあり予約サイトへのアクセスも混雑しています。
博覧会協会は入場できなくてもチケットの払い戻しはしない方針で、予約サイトで状況を確認しながら、比較的空きのある平日の午後や夜間の時間帯で早めに予約するよう呼びかけています。
