ahamoとirumo、本人確認にマイナンバーカードとeKYCを導入
NTTドコモは、オンライン専用プラン「ahamo」と「irumo」の本人確認に、マイナンバーカードを利用した公的個人認証サービス(JPKI)と、ICチップの読み取りに対応したeKYC(容貌画像＋ICチップ)を順次導入する。

ahamoは3月4日から、irumoは3月25日からJPKIによる本人確認を開始する。eKYC(容貌画像＋ICチップ)は2025年夏からの提供開始を予定している。
JPKIは、マイナンバーカードのICチップに記録された電子証明書を利用した本人確認サービス。eKYC(容貌画像＋ICチップ)、写真付き本人確認書類に内蔵のICチップに記録された情報を利用した本人確認方法となる。本人確認書類の撮影が不要となり、即時の審査が可能になる。利用者の利便性向上に加え、第三者による「なりすまし」も防止する。JPKIとeKYCの利用は、NFC読み取りに対応したiOS/Androidスマートフォンで可能。
