民事裁判の訴状などをオンラインで提出するシステムに15日朝から障害が発生し、最高裁判所はシステムが利用できない場合は書面による提出を検討するよう呼びかけています。こうした対応が取られるのは、民事裁判の手続きの全面デジタル化以降、初めてです。
最高裁判所によりますと、15日午前9時ごろ、訴状などをオンラインで提出するシステム、「mints」に入れないとか、画面が表示されないなどの障害が発生していることが確認されました。
原因は分かっておらず、現在、調査を進めていますが、外部からの不正アクセスが原因ではないとみられるということです。
民事裁判の手続きは、ことし5月21日から全面的にデジタル化され、弁護士は訴状などの提出をオンラインで行うことが義務づけられていますが、最高裁判所はシステムを利用できない場合、書面での提出を検討するようウェブサイトで呼びかけています。
最高裁判所は「利用者の皆様にご不便をおかけしていることをおわび申し上げます。現在、原因調査と対応の検討を急ぎ進めているところです」としています。
