福岡県那珂川市は、事業者公募を行なっていた総合運動公園整備運営事業について、優先交渉権者を日本道路が代表企業のなかがわパーククラブに決定した。面積は約7.1haで、多目的広場、陸上競技場、庭球場、フレキシブルコート、弓道場、クラブハウスなどを整備する。 「(仮称)那珂川市総合運動公園整備運営事業」として進められているプロジェクトで、所在地は福岡県那珂川市後野262周辺。「スポーツ・環境・地域がともに育み合い、未来へ成長し続ける公園」をコンセプトに、市民のウェルビーイングを育むスポーツ施設を建設するとともに、緑豊かな空間を整備する。 日本道路は、1929年の創業以来培ってきた公園(土木)整備や、グループ会社で行なってきたスポーツ施設運営のノウハウを生かし、公園全体の設計・建設、公園全体の管理運営等に携わる。福岡市の都心部から近距離かつ恵まれた自然環境を有し、県内西部のベッドタウンの1つである那珂川市の魅力向上に貢献するとしている。 管理運営期間は2028年3月末～2043年3月31日の15年間。日本道路以外の構成企業はプロジェクトブレイン、ホーホゥ、ファイブ、内山緑地建設、涼華園、大匠建設。
